  1. Return Eligibility
    • Timeframe: You can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
    • Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, and in the original condition as received. Items must be returned with all original packaging (including mono cartons, labels, and accessories).
    • Non-returnable items: Certain products such as opened/used personal care items, altered products, and products missing original packaging are not eligible for return or refund.

  2. Conditions Where Return/Refund Requests Will Not Be Processed
    • Opened/used/altered productsAny product that has been opened, used, or altered in any way is not eligible for a return or refund.
    • Missing original packaging: Products returned without original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.) will not be accepted.
    • Late requests:: Returns or replacements requested after 7 days from the delivery date will not be processed.
    • Late reporting of damage/missing products:Any damage or missing product must be reported within 2 days from the date of delivery. Requests after this period will not be considered.
    • Promotional/offer period purchases: Orders placed during promotional periods or offers across all products are not eligible for cancellations, returns, or refunds.

    • Processing Time:Refunds may take 5-10 business days to process, depending on your payment provider.
    • Shipping Costs:Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and if free shipping was provided, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

    • Damaged or Defective Products:In the case of damaged or defective products, you must report the issue within 2 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
